We car­ry out dam­age inves­ti­ga­tions and pre­pare expert reports for courts and insur­ance com­pa­nies, but also for com­pa­nies involved in ther­mo­chem­i­cal process­es such as builders, oper­a­tors or sup­pli­ers. This is usu­al­ly done by our pub­licly appoint­ed and sworn experts (see below). How­ev­er, CheMin’s employ­ees are all sen­si­tised to be involved in such tasks. For each expert opin­ion, the nec­es­sary com­pe­tences are brought togeth­er in an inter­nal project group, which pro­vides a self-con­tained frame­work of knowl­edge and action through­out the process.

Wolf­gang Müller, Dipl. Min. and Wern­er Schmidl, Dipl. Geol. are both pub­licly cer­ti­fied experts for mate­ri­als in fos­sil and resid­ual fuel-fired boil­er plants who have been pub­licly appoint­ed and sworn-in by the Swabi­an Cham­ber of Indus­try and Com­merce. Dr Wolf­gang Spiegel is a pub­licly cer­ti­fied expert for non-metal­lic, refrac­to­ry raw mate­ri­als and mate­ri­als by the Swabi­an Cham­ber of Indus­try and Commerce.
